Comes with the signed certificate of authenticity, as well as the two signature cards. Comes in original box.Item appears to have a bit of crazing. I didn't notice the crazing while inspecting, but did notice in pictures. Please look carefully at photos before purchasing. It has never been displayed outside the retail setting...I'm not sure if this item was displayed in my store or not. It was taken out of the box for inspection when it arrived in my store for inspection, and was taken out of the box today for pictures.
