At one time, Shepler's was the "go to" place for Western Wear, having the largest selection and variety in the area. In fact, the locals referred to the store, as Harry Shepler's. I did not see any rips or tears to the garment bag. There is an clear plastic oval above the advertising so owner's could recognize the western suit without opening the bag.
