The Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus is on the front with our lady of Mt Carmel on the back. Made in the USA and pictured in our 1962 catalog. These medals were lost in inventory in a move in the 1960s till now when we closed our small family religious goods store in 2020 after 120 years. You won't find this quality again. It can be worn on a gold or silver chain.
