The plates were offered by Pemberton & Oakes and are in excellent pre-owned condition. No chips/cracks/repairs. One of the plates comes with an identical MINI plate measuring 3-1/4" in diameter. Each plate comes with its certificate of authenticity (COA), pamphlet from the artist talking about each plate, and box. (Box MIGHT not be matching to the plate).
