Description: Gladding McBean, Los Angeles, CA 1890-present "Franciscan" tile and pottery was introduced in the early 1960's when GMB merged with Lock Joint Pipe Co and became International Pipe and Ceramics in Glendale, CA. This vintage subway tile has matte red/orange glaze. THE LISTING IS FOR ONE TILE This tile measures 6" long x 3" wide x 3/8" thick. Great condition; never set. These can be mixed with our other Franciscan subway tiles (listed separately) to create an interesting back splash. Or use them to 'frame' an installation.
