It is a framed and matted print of an antique dress and a bouquet of dried flowers hanging on a wall rack. There is no fade or discoloration. The frame is in very good condition with some slight wear. The back has one hole where it looks as if someone tried to hang it. Please see pictures. The hardware is included and there are two rubber pegs on the bottom to keep the frame from damaging a wall. Thank you for your interest.
