Minor signs of age on the elastic and there is one small mark on the jacket (see the last picture) which will probably wash out. The jacket is a size XL. The pants are a size large. Very clean. Please research this item to make sure it will meet your needs. Items can be classified as: "New" - New and unopened (item may have shelf wear). "Opened box" - Contents are new in an opened box (may have been removed). "Mint" - Used item but everything looks new. "Excellent" - Used item in mostly unused condition."Great" - Prior use obvious but the prior owner took great care. "Good" - Typical use from the prior owner. "Fair" - Heavy use with excessive wear.
