Description: New never opened Swatch. This Daimler Chrysler Swatch was purchased, along with many others, many years ago from a now defuct car dealership. Unfortunately, these watches were manufactured and shipped with batteries, and being that this watch has never been opened, it still has the original battery and has naturally corroded. On the bright side, the battery can be removed, and connections can be cleaned up with a swab soaked in a little vinegar. This method worked for me for one that I kept for my collection. I have kept all these watches in their original unopened condition as some collectors prefer them that way. Please ask any questions prior to a purchase as I can't guarantee the watch will work after replacing the original battery and cleaning the connections.
