Car has been re-numbered to 683 and build date is 9-28. Car is in like new condition with no broken steps, and has Athearn plastic Bettendorf trucks with metal wheels, and Kadee knuckle couplers. Car has had the tank bottom and handrails painted and extra weight has been added. Pictures show both sides of the car and the box end panel.
