Description: This black Vintage Bolero by Fredericks of Hollywood from the 80s or 90s is absolutely amazing. It has sheer panels with black ribbon soutache detailing. It has no closure. It has these amazing and dramatic puff sleeves that remind me of Victorian Clothing It’s sort of Bella Baxter meets Fran Drescher and I love that Condition is great vintage condition. There is a little bit of curling at the very front of the Bolero see photos. Fabric appears to be in good condition. There is no size on the label. But the dress form is size small and it fits her well so it would be best for a size small or extra small Fabric is unknown since the tag has been removed. It does have a slight sheen.
