Cyclist jersey is in good condition other than small stain on sleeve.This are the actual measurements to insure proper fit. I laid the garment flat and smooth on the table and made some measurements: Across Shoulders is 17" .Chest at armpit level is 22 1/4"Center Back from collar to bottom of hem is 27 1/4" This jersey is used but in good condition.
