These coins were issued after a variety of economic reforms were undertaken which led to the introduction of the 6th Soviet Ruble in 1961. Thus dates will be in the 1961-1991 range (based on availability). Note that the Union which included present-day Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, etc was essentially dissolved in 1991.
