The book is in acceptable condition. The book shows some water staining on the inside of the dust jacket and on the covers. It has a musty odor. The binding is tight and square. There are no marks in the book. There are no page folds. The dust jacket has a tear at the top of the front. There is some tan speckling on the edges of the book.
