Description: This is a beautifully displayed, authentic handwritten word from Founding Father and third President of the United States Thomas Jefferson! Jefferson was the principal author of the Declaration of Independence and wrote the earliest drafts of the formative document by hand. This same visionary also wrote this word "taken" in a letter he wrote and signed in 1812. The letter was certified authentic by one of the best in the business PSA (buyer will also receive a copy of the COA). It is beautifully framed and displayed on a professionally designed 5x7 card which features his portrait on the front, as well as a painting of him drafting the Declaration of Independence alongside Benjamin Franklin and John Adams. Further, Jefferson's handwritten draft of the Declaration of Independence is pictured on the back as well. The card is sealed inside a 5x7 acrylic, freestanding block frame. Please see my 550+ perfect Ebay feedback and buy with confidence regarding authenticity and quality. I have sold hundreds of my pieces (including Jefferson, George Washington, Charles Darwin, Marilyn Monroe, John Adams, JFK, Thomas Edison, and many others) and they reside in collections and schools all over the world. I was the pioneer of handwritten displays and numerous others have attempted to copy my design and quality but fall short. I personally remove each word from authentic letter fragments and make each and every display so they can be proudly shown on a desk, shelf, mantle, etc.. Thanks for looking!
