This plate also fits Taurus G3 with Original Rear sight (see photo). This plate does NOT fit G3/G3C with NEWER FACTORY STEEL SIGHT (see photo). For the G3/G3C plate, please see our other listing. Depending on the Taurus model, filing the corner of the dovetail insert of the plate from 90 degree to 45 degree might be required (see photo demonstration). Some Taurus models have a TRAPEZOID shaped rear sight cut that has a 45-degree edge, some have a RECTANGLE shaped rear sight cut that has a 90-degree edge. This optic plate is made with a 90 degrees insert. If you have a trapezoid rear sight cut, you will need to file the 90-degree angle down to fit. This mount fits Ade RD3-006A (Huracan), RD3-006B (Python), RD3-009 (Crusader), RD3-012 (Delta), RD3-013 (Bertrillium), RD3-015 (Zantitium) Red dots. It also fits Vortex Venom/Viper, Burris Fastfire, Meopta, Eotech MRDS, Docter, Insight, Sightmark Minishot and similar red dots that use the same footprint. It does NOT fit the sights with Shield RMS, Trijicon RMR. Deltapoint Pro, Holosun footprint. Machined from aircraft grade aluminum with hard anodizing finish. Includes screws and hardware for installation. We highly recommend DIY only if the user has gunsmith experience, or hiring a gunsmith to install this optic plate. Unprofessional installation such as improper torque will result in screw loose, not holding zero, damage to the firearm/optic and personal injury.
