Description: Sterling Silver Shadowbox Lapis Ring SZ 6.75 Stamp Work Native American Signed This is a fabulous little sterling silver ring with an exceptional lapis lazuli stone at its center. The artist set the stone in a serrated bezel, constructing a secondary setting in a domed shadowbox style. Across the ring face is attractive hand stamp work for accents. The ring is a size 6.75. The shank is 3/16" wide, and divides to support the ring face, which is about 1" long and 5/8" wide. The lapis stone is about 3/16" by 1/2". It weighs 5.7 g. The artist's hallmark is a stamped "LG", which could indicate Santo Domingo (Kewa) silversmith Lorencita Garcia, but we are not 100% sure. This ring is new old stock, a piece coming from prior store inventory. Previously displayed but not sold. Touch of Turquoise invites you to Wear the West!
