This pipe is known as a Stanwell city pipe. These pipes were made for local pipe competitions or events held in that town for the year. A more rare type of pipe from Stanwell with their classic shape numbers. Great classic 113 billiard shape with a nice smooth finish that shows off the gorgeous grain all along the bowl and shank. This pipe is used, but in nice condition overall. Does need a cleaning before smoking. Has a little rim wear. Overall a great solid Stanwell estate pipe for any collector or smoker.
