We used the scale provided by numerous collectors and enthusiasts. C-5 - The train car is in good cosmetic condition with several light to moderate scuffs and scratches from standard use and storage. It will need a professional cleaning. It appears to be complete but, there may be pieces missing. The left-facing windshield pane is missing. It was popped out during cleaning and may still be on the inside of the train car. There is no box or other components included. C-5 Good - Signs of play wear withscratches and minor paint loss. Smalldents, minor surface rust. Incomplete ormissing parts. Evidence of heavy use. The finish on items meeting this grade can shownoticeable scratches and nicks in prominent areasplus dirt, grime and other flaws that are morepronounced than allowed in C-6. The item canhave areas with actual paint loss from flaking or other damage. There can be small dents in the metal parts andsome slight rust on plated parts or under paintedsurfaces. Generally items meeting this grade show signs ofheavy use.
