There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the CD is brand new and unopened. Like New Item is near flawless and looks as though it was just unwrapped. There may be minute signs of use, but they will be barely noticeable. CD will always be mint condition. Very Good Item has some visible flaw or flaws, but is still in very nice condition. There may be minor shelf wear to the case, or a bit of damage or sticker residue. The CD may have minor scuffs and scratches, but only a few very light ones. Good Item has obvious signs of wear. Case may be scratched or cracked. Art may be faded or damaged. There may be scuffs on the CD or a name written on it. But it will still look decent and be playable. Acceptable Item may arrive in blank case. CD might have a name written on it or skip during play. If an item is listed as acceptable, we will disclose why it was deemed acceptable so you are aware of what the issue is. We generally do not sell acceptable items.
