The boards measures 4.5" x 4.5" / 2.6" x 2.5" and feature large solder pads and copper traces for great electrical connectivity Note photos of fully assembled crossovers are for reference only. ***Listing has been changed from a pair of PCB sets to an individual PCB set in order to allow purchase of singles or odd numbers*** Includes: 1x set of crossover PCBs for the Nexus MT speaker design 6x Terminal blocks which accept up to 12 gauge wire. 8x Snap in PCB standoffs. 8x Mounting screws (screw finish may vary). HF C1 - 3uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-3.0 HF C2 - Position not used on Nexus MT design. HF L1 - 0.6mH - Dayton Audio 0.60mH 20 AWG Air Core -or- Jantzen Audio 0.60mH 20 AWG air core HF R1 - 10 Ohm - Dayton Audio DNR-10 -or- 10 Ohm 10w wire wound resistor L3 - 0.40mH - Dayton Audion 0.40mH 18 AWG Air Core -or- Jantzen Audio 0.40mH 18 AWG air core C5 - 68uF - Parts Express 68uF Non Polarized Electrolytic Capacitor C6 - 6.8uF - Parts Express 6.8uF Non Polarized Electrolytic Capacitor Assembly: Glue components to the correct positions on the board (hot melt glue works great). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires from input and drivers to the crossover. Insert standoffs into the bottom of the board at the four corners and mount the crossover to the enclosure. New daughter board is wired inline between the LF output of the main crossover board and the woofer.
