Description: Shostakovich (1970) William Steinberg and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, ABC Records, Command Classics CCSD-10042 vintage, stereo vinyl LP rated NM*, album jacket VG* NOTES: The LP itself is literally near mint, superficial scuffs at worst. The LP label is intact, legible, with a light grey background with mostly black lettering. Left of the LP side 1 spindle is CCSD-11042 just above Side 1. To the right of the LP spindle is PULIC DOMAIN. Side 2 is the same with Side II beneath CCSD-11042. The LP spindle is intact, with light signs of use. The album jacket has a few issues: front has a small hole in the lower left side (not in the area where LP is) that goes through the cardboard. Above Command CLASSICS on the bottom of the front is CC11042SD. Some kind of reference to being stereo perhaps? The back of the jacket has ink lettering in the upper left. There are a few discolorations in this area as well. There is no ring wear. In the bottom of the back of the jacket, right side is COMMAND/PROBE RECORDS with Command CLASSICS in a rectangle beneath. The album spine is intact, legible and no splits.MATRIX: Side 1: CCSD-10042-A-ILT and CCSD-10042-B-ILT. On both run-off sides is an hand-written "LW". * per Gold Mine record rating method. DISCLAIMER: Please contact us directly first should there be any problems or questions. Please read the entire posting, including shipping, handling, taxes and eBay fees. Please clean the LP prior to first use using your preferred cleaning method. All of our LP's are used records and sold "as is". We inspect our records visually and clean them as needed. Most need only light cleaning for dust and any debris. No one wants a dirty LP. Most of our records have not been sound tested so there is a chance there will be issues with the vinyl we were not aware of. We apologize in advance should any problems occur and will work with you to resolve any issues. However, we cannot guarantee you'll have no pops or crackles, or even skips with other systems- no one can. Likewise, we cannot guarantee how the LP will play on your equipment. A good needle, replaced at least once per year, and a well-balanced tone arm helps provide the best chance of hearing and enjoying the music as the artist intended. Again, please contact us directly should there be issues- we want you happy! Thank you for your business, and we hope you enjoy your LP.
