This is a lovely little compact edition for on the go devotion. Please look closely at the certification year if that information is important for you. The language of the 1928 Book of Common Prayer truly is remarkable and worthy of at least investigation for those desiring to enrich their life in prayer and worship. It’s one of the thinnest text blocks I’ve ever seen in the 1928 edition. The typeface is highly readable, especially considering its size. This is aided by superior paper quality that what you will find in modern editions. I found very slight yellowing to some outer page edges, some very mild abrasions to the leather, though the binding is still flexible. It was clearly gently used. The gilding has faded some, but there are not large, stand-out abrasions or scratches. Just a mild, gentle aging. Morocco is either lambskin or goatskin. I found no writing at all, which is a surprise.
