Description: Running 1886 Illinois 18s Keywind Pocket Watch - Model 1 Watch is running and keeping decent time. But, it has been in an estate for many years, so it's been many years since it was last serviced and all pocket watches need regularly serviced to run at their optimal performance. That is likely true of this watch too. All wear is normal and expected for a 138 year old watch that was used and carried. No signs of abuse and no obvious issues. Pictures show condition well. All three hinged covers open and snap closed normally. Crystal is original thick mineral glass with normal scratches and abrasions, but no deep gouges, chips or cracks. Case has normal wear and light scratches, but no dings or dents. Dial has light hairlines, and two extremely small chips at the edges. They are so small as to be difficult to see and you'll need to examine with a jewelers loupe to even find them. No Key is Included.
