Description: This listing is for a REPAIR SERVICE of your Thermo King TriPac APU ECM or motherboard. A replacement ECM is expensive so why not have yours repaired. Problem parts will be replaced and a general upgrade is done to ensure longevity. See my other listing for the Evolution model ECM Repair service. Your ECM is repairable and your APU will be restored back to it's proper function. Why take a chance with a used ECM having the same problem? Your ECM will be repaired using quality, name brand parts. The repairs are done usually within 1 to 3 days depending on my backlog of work. But the eBay shipping time has to be set at a much more lengthy timeframe to prevent hassles from eBay's automated system. This is a mail-in repair service for repairing your APU ECM board. All of our repairs are professionally done on location and quite often the same day. I have been working with electronics as a hobby for 43 years but the last 10 years have been focused on professional repairs of automotive electronics. HOW IT WORKS: Step 1: Buy this service Step 2: A shipping address will be emailed to you with shipping instructions. Please include a note stating what problem you are having with the ECM. Once shipped, please Ebay Message us your tracking number so we will know when to expect it. Step 3: Your module will be fixed and shipped back usually within 1 to 3 business days after we receive it. We will notify you with the return tracking number when it is ready to ship back. We do test each ECM before repairing it to verify the problem but all functions cannot reasonably be bench tested. In the event that your ECM is not defective we will notify you and discuss how you would like to proceed. Many customers choose to have the board "repaired" as a preventative measure which would mean replacing the parts that are known to fail. If not a partial refund will be issued depending on the amount of testing required and to cover return shipping costs. In the rare event that your ECM is not fixable, a refund partial will be issued. The amount kept is for our testing and shipping cost back to you. We also offer a 6 month warranty on all repairs. Buyers will only have to be responsible for the shipping back.
