Description: Top mount pine head cabinet for a DSL-40CR chassis . Solid dovetail joints . Your chassis must me 23-1/4” wide x 2-3/4” tall . Cabinet dimencions is 24-7/8"x10"x10" . The last 3 photos are examples of what your DSL-40CR chassis will look like in this cabinet. It will look sharp . Front chassis control cut out is 21-7/8" x 2-7/8" . Buyer to provide installation hardware and is responssible for drilling holes to attach his chassis Cabinet is 24-5/8" wide and 10" deep and 10" tall .The front of your chassis will fit flush to the front panel . The front panel is removable so as to allow you to staple on the frabric of your choice and easily reinstalled it back on the cabinet after you have install the fabric . I take a lot of pride in every cabinet I build . I do not have all the big overhead that these big companys have , thus I pass the savings on to you . All the cabinets I fabricated are handcrafted in my shop , one at a time . I use 3/4" pine that I select and assembled using strong halfblind dovetail glued joints . I then router the exterior corners so you can easily install the marshall style corner protectors if you so choice . The front baffles is 1/2" birch plywood and the back panel is 1/4” baltic birch plywood , unless other wise noted . I use #8 oval head wood screws and finish washers for a custom look .
