Description: Just one of inkFrog's Creations Description: Rare Vintage Art Deco Sterling Silver Charm 1930's Betty Boop Cartoon Character This is an incredible, rare vintage English charm depicting 'Betty Boop,' the endearing cartoon character which was inspired by Jazz Age culture of the 1920's. The character became as popular as Felix the Cat.The charm was made in England, roughly around the 1930's. It is made of solid sterling silver. The hallmark to the reverse side of the charm reads 'Silv' for silver, and 'Stg' for sterling. It measures 5/16 of an inch wide by 1 and 1/8 inch tall. The detail is superb, and the condition is very good! I can tell you that this is the first one like it I have seen. I am a longtime, avid collector and seller of vintage and antique charms.
