Description: Vintage 1940’s D-Pocket Motorcycle Leather Jacket. Collectible !! Gorgeous fit and authentic vintage character ! Rare historical find! Fair condition. General wear and scuffing throughout with missing zipper pulls. (see photos) The label is removed. Size Tag is Missing. Motorcycle jacket with great D-pocket and brass snaps and hardware details. Leather is broken-in and characteristic. Main front closure zipper is TALON original (1940s American made!), with cool chain and ball pull. Works beautifully smooth! Some other pocket and cuff zipper pulls are missing. Replacement pulls can be added easily! Zipper teeth still work! Lining is in burgundy acetate, shows holes, stains, wear and vintage character. Can be replaced if desired. Some stitches are loose throughout. Leather is worn and broken in. Some patches of dryness and crackling. Can be conditioned or treated professionally. Collar shows moderate to high wear. Leather is a bit rigid due to age. Collect and store this rare piece… or wear it and give it a new life journey! All Sales Final.
