A LOT OF SETS ARE MINT / NEAR MINT - NO CARD SHOULD GET LESS THEN AN 8 ( PSA 8 - PSA 10). WHAT PACK FRESH MEANS TO ME IS RIGHT OUT OF A PACK, POTENTIAL FOR PSA 10'S AND 9S WHAT MINT MEANS TO ME IS OUT OF A PACK BUT HAS MAYBE BEEN HANDLED ONCE OR TWICE BUT SHOWS SUPER SUPER MINIMAL WARE IF ANY !!! POTENTIAL PSA 9'S WITH CHANCE OF 8'S WHAT MINT / NEAR MINT MEANS TO ME IS THE CARD LOOKS FLAWLESS BUT COULD CONTAIN A MINOR SPEC OF EDGE WARE AND OR A HAIRLINE BUT STILL SHOULD GRADE IN THE PSA 8 TO 9 AREA .
