DESCRIPTION: This is a PSC Magellon 8500 series grocery store scanner with power supply and one USB OR DB9 Serial cable (sometimes called RS232 cable) per unit so 40 cables included of your choice USB or serial. Sold by the pallet load of 40 on a skid-NO RETURNS, DEALER LOT. These are working pulls, which will need cleaned (stickers removed) sold as-is where as system pulls with a 97% working rate (usually only 1 unit per pallet will have an issue). They will simply need cleaned which is literally about 60-90 minutes each on average as some are very clean and will take 5 minutes and the next one will take you 90 minutes to do it professionally. The scanner and included internal scale weighs up to 30 pounds of goods, and is 20 includes long. This scale will go into a counter and will require a space of 11.5 inches X 18.5 inch hole. These scanners also have EAS too for shoplifting control if your system supports that. This includes a power adapter that fits the featuring a 6 pin connecting from the power supply to the scale scanner, this adapter takes both 110 and 220 volts and can be used worldwide. This is an OEM original unit, not a junk knock off. These scanner can be used with a single serial 9 pin RS232 cable to both the scale and the scanner, it can also be used with two separate RS232 serial cables if your program requires it, or a single USB cable. There are NO CONNECTION CABLES INCLUDED in this listing, meaning you will need to buy the correct Datalogic USB or serial cable(s) and we do have and stock these on Ebay. The unit will have small blemishes from use as these are used units, but we did do the major cleaning on them and are good looking used units, however they are not new so expect them to be used with small blemishes as any other scanner at a grocery store would have from use. These units do not support NCI-ECR protocol on the scale, while rarely used it is worth mentioning.
