Description: Victorian Eastlake tiered Picture frame, with Marbleized middle layer and a heavy, Gesso & gilt outer layer, and a dark gold colored inner layer. SIZE: FRAME: Frame itself is about 14" by 12 1/4" but fits an 8x10 picture. CONDITION: FRAME has some wear, small amout of chippage, scuffs, fading, but overall very good condition. Most of the Gesso is intact, though there is linear crazing over most of this gesso. See the closeup. There is that 1" long chip in the marbleized layer, that I took a closeup of. There is a thin wire, but if you want, you can change it out with a heavier wire.
