Description: Finnish M/36 field bottle (canteen) from 1938. There is surface rust on steel parts. Several small holes on the wool cover. Leather has stretched and hardened at some points. The cap leather strap is cut. The cover string is cut. Manufacturer stamp PELTITEOS OY and INT/38 army intendant inspection and year stamp on the cap. This canteen model was used during the Winter War and Continuation War. Overall a bit rough condition canteen, but still a great collector item from the Winter War. Sold as is.
