*Original Tamiya Hornet* (not re-release) - New ESC and motor plus more!

Description: Up for consideration is an Original Tamiya Hornet. This was an original kit from the 1980’s and is not a re-release. Body is original and has some minor cracks and wear but still looks presentable. Many parts replaced including the main chassis and has almost zero hours of run time. The rest of the kit is original. New Tamiya Silver can Torque Tuned 540 motor and and TBLE 02S esc (which can also run brushless motor). The only damage I can see is a crack in one of the lower rear shock mount “rings” that goes around the rear axle. During my testing, it did not seem to affect the operation of the vehicle. Otherwise, the buggy appears to be in great condition. It has been upgraded with ball bearings which all roll smoothly. It comes with a new steering servo. A radio transmitter and receiver as well as batteries / charger are also required. The buggy pictured is the one you will be receiving.
