At the top of the medallion above the circle - the inscription: "For muzhnіst " at the bottom, along the edges - two laurel branches. Outlines medallion circle , inscription, gilt laurel branches . All images are embossed. Cross size - 41 x 41 mm .Cross with a ring and ear connects with pentagonal deck , covered with silk moire ribbon.
