Description: This is a vintage EMPTY "Kellogg's Rice Krispies" cereal box, made in the late 1980's. The box is dated "1988" but the sale by date is ink stamped: "OCT. 27, 1989." It originally contained 10 OZ of cereal. The BACK of the box has an image of Alvin, (from the "CHIPMUNKS" cartoons) which could be cut out and used as a mask. The box is in VERY GOOD condition. The top and bottom have been very carefully opened, so that it lays flat. ALL of the box tops / bottom & side flaps are still present. (Some pictures above show it reassembled, but the box is FLAT.) There is a little soiling on the front of the box, near the left side. (See close-up with pencil point.) The box still displays very nicely.
