Description: NOS Vintage Italian 53cm Ciocc Columbus Steel Road Bike Frame & Fork Vintage Italian 53cm Ciocc Road Bike Frame and Fork, that Looks to be from early to mid 1980s and New Old Stock. Cool Look, Nice Pearlescent Paint that was hard to capture it's beauty in the photos, May of been a cheaper mass produced model made to look like a Classic San Cristobal of the times, It's Cool and a Nice Survivor. Frame set Looks to be a 53cm as the Frame is Stamped 53: It measures: Seat tube 53cm Center to Center or 54.5cm Center to Top with a 54.5 cm center to center top tube. The head tube is 120mm tall. Frame and Fork are Columbus Steel Tubes with Generic Dropouts. The 1" Threaded Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 126mm Rear Spacing. The Frame has no serial number just Stamped 53 which I suspect is the size. Frame & Fork is Italian Standard. Very Nice Surviving Frame set, Looks to be NOS and I cannot find anything to prove otherwise, Very Nice Pearlescent Paint ( photos don't do the paint justice ), May show slight wear from age and handling, was staged a few times, minimal blemishes, scratches, & nicks, one decal has a clear paint drip, this frame set may survive because it was originally a second that made it's way to collectors hands. One can only speculate how something survives 40 years un used. What's shown here for sale weighs tad over 6 1/4 pounds. Plenty of Pictures to mull over. A 700c wheel frame-set.
