Description: This is an MXL V88 microphone. I used this as my first microphone for recording podcasts and voice over work. It has a nice warm tone. The elastic bands on the shockmount are old and need replacing but those can be had for around $10. This microphone requires XLR connection and phantom power. I used a Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 or Presonos TubePrev2 with it. I'm sure there are other options.
