I bought it new when it was first published and released in 1977. Centerfold is intact and all the pages are intact (and all pages are still stapled) -- it is in very good shape for a comic book printed 44 years ago. One owner. Tear in cover spine was repaired with archival document tape, invisible from the outside. The cover is off the staples but totally intact and lovely.
