Description: Here we have a Kansas Toy No. 46 Golden Arrow style slush land speed racer. The toy has original medium green paint and metal wheels. The paint has wear as seen in the photos. The wheels are original and are complete. The casting has no cracks or damage. The interesting thing about this example is that the hollow body cavity on the underside has been filled with what appears to be paraffin wax. I have been told that the kids in the 1930's would fill these slush racer with wax to increase the weight of the car to make it faster in a race down an incline. I have seen this practice several times before in the past 30 years.
