After the first brew, re-brew with hotter water for 30 to 45 seconds, and make sure to pour to the last drop every time. * Using lower temperature water will makes tea tastes better and prevents the tea from becoming too astringent or bitter. It is hard to regulate the amount of tea needed to fit everyone’s taste, so try to find your own perfect amount. * The lower the water temperature, the longer the tea takes to brew and turn light green.
