Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic SP II SLR Film Camera w/55mm 1:1.8 lens- meter works

Description: I tested this camera and it appears to work as designed (the battery used for testing is not included). The battery cap shows wear but is fully functional. I examined the lens with magnifying glasses and a bright light - clear and clean and I can see no lens glass scratches nor internal haze or fungus. The blades are snappy with no sign of oil. The lens body has some damage at the front edge as shown but I can still mount the lens filter so I do not believe that to be anything other than a cosmetic issue. There are minor cosmetic blemishes on the camera body as are shown in the pictures. This looks like an excellent camera. Comes with the camera body, the Pentax Asahi Opt. Co. Super Multi-Coated Takumar 55mm 1:1.8 lens , a camera strap and a lens cap. Camera serial # is 5277515. If any camera I sell does not come with an owner's manual I recommend that you download and study one on-line to assist you in getting the best results (I have usually found these manuals available on-line free or for a nominal charge) Please note as with any vintage and older camera equipment some parts may need replacement from age and use, such as light seals and batteries. All cameras and optics have some dust due to use and age and a good cleaning is always recommended. My Vintage Items are used and of an unknown history. They May have slight defects, show wear, have blemishes etc. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any parts or repairs that are needed unless damaged during transit.
