Restoration is the skilled endeavor of filling in gaps in a specimen that are either unstable or are not present. Specimen was created using castings of original bones of the most complete Heterodontosaurus skeleton ever discovered. Pictures labeled " original piece" are photos of the original fossil from which the reconstruction was crafted.
