Description: Each seed lot will contain 1,000+ Havana 263 Heirloom Tobacco Seeds. Each sale includes basic growing instructions. This past year I challenged myself to explore some new varieties of cigar tobacco. After working with several, Havana 263 was chosen as one of the strains we feel is best for the home grower. Havana 263 is a Cubañ seed type tobacco. It is an excellent producer and displays remarkable disease resistance. Some of these strain types struggle with the weather here on the east coast, but 263 grew like it was born here. Leaves grow quite large, with a somewhat oval shape. This makes for great binder and wrapper leaf. They are dark green at harvest time and cure to a beautiful orange/brown color. Flavor profile ranges from very mild and floral at the base leaves, to a full robust flavor from the upper Ligero leaves. Texture is thick, leathery and very resinous. Lots of flavor. Nicotine content is medium, with the very uppermost leaves being medium/high. This is one of the best cigar strains to start with and you will not be disappointed. If you would like to try our top three varieties, please view our other listings. We are currently offering all 3 together at a discounted price. We are a small family run operation that puts QUALITY above all else in our growing. We work very hard to ensure seeds of pure strain and high fertility. All our seeds are grown right here in the USA. No imported Chinese seeds here. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have. Thanks! Please take a moment to view our other listings. We currently offer 11 tobacco seed varieties. We offer them in sets of 3 and 7 at a significant discount. Please allow 3-5 days for processing
