Description: Original CDV of a little girl with her doll. The coloring is original. It was not common to find this amount of color added to any CDV, so a boldly colored PM, which there are generally fewer of, would be considered rare. I have seen another of this exact same death portrait, and that one had the girl's name and death dates. Her name was Mary Linda (Mattie) Blauvelt, born March 21, 1869, died April 16, 1871. Very good antique condition overall, with some age-related discoloration and foxing. About 4” x 2.5”
