Description: GB QV 1d Red SG8 FL - Very Scarce Early Plate 13 with a double Maltese Cross tied to a small piece. Only 20,100 sheets printed, one of the lowest print runs of the Sg8 series. 3 margins bottom left hence low price. Please study my scans to evaluate perforations/margins and overall condition. I film all my stamps front and back using good lighting and a Macro Lens. Large groups are copied using a high definition scanner I try to avoid stating a grade but prefer to let the buyer judge, any faults or tears, creases or thinning I will try to evaluate and mention in the description but please ask if you have concerns about grades. When helpful I will attach a scan of the stamp from the Imprimatur sheets or a similar copy to verify its plate number. These will be overprinted to avoid confusion with the actual Lot.
