Description: Offered here is a FABULOUS antique Simon & Halbig 1039 doll that was made for the "French Market". She is 22 1/4 inches tall with a perfect bisque head on her original French talking, walking and kissing composition body. When she walks, her head turns from side to side and her eyes flirt. She no longer throws kisses. Her head has been light-tested and there are NO hairlines or other damage noted. She has pierced ears with no chipping at the earring holes. She has a very pretty face with her original blue flirting eyes and an open mouth with 4 upper teeth. Her body is in very good condition with its original finish and all of her fingers and toes are accounted for. There is the typical paint chipping on her hands. She is wearing her original human hair wig with her original pate. She is wearing all of her FACTORY ORIGINAL clothes with the exception of her under dress which was copied from the original. Her original label that reads "I talk I walk I send kisses" was saved. She also has her original shoes and socks. Her shoes have the original Jumeau bee mark.
