Description Our standard mag catch will hold the magazine shelf in the normal location. This is a quality heat treated part that will match the cut out on a well-manufactured 1911 frame. The mag catch is checkered for better grip. The button on our mag catch is standard GI spec. Mag Catch Spring and Mag Catch Lock are sold seperately. This part is NOT MIM or CAST. Our mag catch is NOT tapped for buttons. Please note not all parts are "drop in". As with all gun parts some installations may require disassembly and reassembly. Some parts may require installation by a qualified gunsmith. !!ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR FIREARM IS UNLOADED BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTAINANCE OR UPGRADES!!
