The additional feature WAS his head turning side to side as one arm raised up and down. You can still hear the motor running, but this portion doesn't work unless you "force" it, and then it will do it for you one time and then get stuck again. Probably as easy fix for a collector who knows how to repair these classics. The figurine is perfect for Christmas displays and makes a great addition to any Disney or animated collection. The talking feature is working, and Tigger speaks a series of phrases at the touch of a small button located on the front of the base, or by motion activation (selector switch on back), adding to the charm of the piece.
