Description: A wonderful handmade pair of OOAK dolls by the incredible Dianne Dengel, late of Rochester, NY. This pair I call "BABYSITTING" which shows 2 dolls, one is red-haired big brother with his little blonde curly-haired little sister whom he is babysitting. The boy is 26" tall in a seated position. (He will need a chair or bench to sit on.) The sister is 20" with bent knees. She sits on his lap. His shoes are also handcrafted by Diane. He carries a diaper bag over one arm. From the Dianne Dengel estate: Dianne Dengel's dolls were created to represent people as they are - clothing may have what look like dirt spots or the hair is mussed. Since she handmade each one, they are each imperfectly perfect. Any 'imperfection' in the doll was the way she wanted them. Dianne passed away in 2012. Payment is due within 5 days.
