STEP #1: Your laptop will be inspected for any flaws that will prevent us from proceeding with our process. If your laptop can boot to the BIOS and there are no motherboard or hard drive issues, we should be able to proceed quickly and accordingly. However, if any of those issues do arise, we will contact you immediately to ask you how you will want us to proceed. Please send the AC adapter/charger with your laptop. Not doing so could delay us in working on your computer. Not all chargers are created equal. STEP #2: Your laptop’s hard drive (unless your laptop is new and/or you have saved your documents) will be formatted and Windows 10 Pro will be installed and activated. Note: After the hard drive is formatted, all older data is deleted and CANNOT be retrieved.
