Description: You are bidding on a Unique Skyline Mercury pressing of Def Leppard PYROMANIA. This album has a Rare “Chicago Skyline label” on both record sides. (See vinyl record photos). Most available Def Leppard Pyromania Albums do not have with this unique “Chicago Skyline” print on the label. The Mercury recording company debuted the “Chicago Skyline label” in 1974 but the label design was retired in 1983. Mercury record labels are now just black printed labels. Please Google to view other Pyromania or other Def Leppard titles to see black label examples. This pressing contains the retired label, making it a unique find. As this label design was retired in the same year Pyromania was released, the pressing plant was likely told to use up the “Chicago Skyline” paper stock inventory. This original 1983 Def Leppard Pyromania LP vinyl record album is a must-have for any hard rock or rock & pop music fan. With a speed of 33 RPM and a run time of 45 minutes, this 12" vinyl features the iconic hits "Pyromania" and "Rock of Ages." The record grading is excellent and other than a sticker in the upper right hand corner, the sleeve grading is also excellent, ensuring that you will get your money's worth.
